(More customer reviews)We purchased this toy for our 8 year old son. He loved it. Once the christmas festivities was over, this was the first toy he wanted to play with and construct. It took barely 15 minutes to work with him to put it together and then he played with it for days. It really got him asking questions about how it works, etc... and he even observed that with the cover it come with it projects light, but if you use a soda plastic bottle as the cover, it projects a brighter, larger light. It still has him asking questions, and he keeps it on his bed side as his emergency go to flashlight. Well-made and safe. A great purchase!
