(More customer reviews)I bought this toy for a child's birthday, and it arrived in a very broken inner box, crushed in fact. But as I couldn't see anything wrong with the toy I taped it up and wrapped it. When the Isaac unwrapped his birthday present and took it out of it's box we found that right back wheel was all wobbly and non functional, making it impossible to steer in a straight line. The robot car has rear wheel drive so without one of the wheels it just goes round and round in a tight circle. The robot to car and back again function worked, so Isaac wanted to keep it. I was not amused as I paid $53 for this remote car.
This car was broken before it was packed, as the Amazon outer box was fine and unmarked or crushed. When I reported it to Amazon they offered a $10 refund which I accepted because Isaac wanted to keep his broken robot car. I am now looking for another present for him, as I don't think it is fair that he should have a broken birthday present. I will not buy this item from Amazon ever again.
