- Priced for hobbyists on a budget.
- 1%, 1 Watt resistors.
- 7-decade range, with 1-Ohm steps.
- Uses binding posts instead of permanently-wired alligator clips.
Didn't like so much:
- Alignment of some switches is uneven; hard to tell if those switches are on or off.
- Would make more sense to me to have the highest power of ten on the left side, and the smallest on the right - you know, like the decimal system... Inexplicably, they are the other way around.
- Hard to see at a glance what value is set, but after seeing what the boxes with rotary switches go for, I can live with it for occasional use.
