(More customer reviews)This microscope is perfect as a first. My daughter is 7 and LOVES science. My only complaint is the light. It has a yellow hue and its not very bright. You can see through the eye piece fairly well but when we shined an LED flashlight on the mirror it was much more clear and easier to see. I'm going to attempt to find a white, brighter bulb. Because of the lack of brightness it doesn't do the projection well, but for the price it really is a great scope. It is plastic and light weight, but the lens is a good quality. The set is quite complete and it was easy for her to use. Everything arrived in great time and the packaging was in very nice condition. I would definitely order from them again!
