I'm starting to get into the newer retro-style Transformers, and bought "Special Ops" Jazz and "Turbo" Tracks together. They're under the "Reveal The Shield" banner, meaning their symbol has to be "rubbed" (actually, just heated up) to show their faction. Other than that, these toys are basically a continuation of the Classics and Generations lines.
I'll make brief points about Tracks here. The main thing to keep in mind is that he looks good as both a sports car and a robot, but it's frustrating getting from one to the other.
+Car mode is a good size, slightly bigger than Jazz (robot mode is shorter than Jazz)
+Great paint apps (nothing big overlooked, unlike Jazz and previous figures), and the flames look sweet in person
+Strong plastic, which is important as you'll be struggling to lock things into place
+The usual good articulation in arms and legs, and he does have a swivel waist and balljointed head
+Missiles look cool in robot mode, and his "rocket gun" looks nice
+Cool reveal during transformation, where you push his chest up and the head pops up/shoulders rotate out
+Instructions for transformation going both ways, plus flight mode
-Slight damage from the rubber ties used around his hood
-Flight mode looks bad from most angles (you can fold his arms out to fill the gaps, but it's still disappointing)
-Hard to line things up in car mode, leaves gaps in back section and around doors
-Hood/chest is darker blue (almost purple) than rest of car
-Complex transformation, and instructions leave a few things out (pull out the front bumper parts before turning the feet down; push the wings out before rotating them on his back; clip his arms into the tabs in the rear section when turning him back into a car)
-Head is balljointed but only really swivels due to lack of neck (which also doesn't help with his height)
-Top-heavy, and some loose joints in legs, so be careful when posing
-Looks a little awkward in robot mode, with a low head and raised, far-apart shoulders (though it is how Tracks looked in the original show)
The mold for Tracks is going to be reused for an upcoming Wheeljack (with a different head and other extra details). I think it will look nice and go well with the other figures (you can turn Tracks' legs around but they won't bend at the knee; they'll probably change the joint for Wheeljack).
