(More customer reviews)He looks fantastic in car mode, and rolls great too, but the transformation is a little tricky, and it will take you several times to figure out how to get it back to a car from a robot. I think I got one not made very well. When you turn him into a robot, the car top rotates to bring his head up (a nice feature), but mine won't go up vertical all the way. A friend of mine's kid has it, and I transformed it the identical way and it worked, letting me know mine just be not made very well. Additionally, his arms are super flimsy and won't stay up, and his chest tends to sag down low if you actually play with him, making him appear fairly rag doll-ish. His gun won't stay up in the hole for the shoulder cannon, so all-around I feel I got a little gypped.
Because he's so complicated, so fussy in robot form, my kids keep him as a car most of the time, which, again, looks super cool.
Try a different character from this line first that's way sturdier, like Starscream or Hound. Unless you just need the cool red sports car...
