(More customer reviews)My son loves this movie and likes to act out the alien robot's part. He was thrilled to get this toy for Christmas but soon became frustrated when the arms would pop off with the slightest movement and they were extremely difficult to get back in (the shields and head come off too but not as easily and they snap back with little effort). I became so irritated with having to replace the arms every 3 seconds that I had my brother tear the thing apart and remove the springs that made the arms pop off. He somehow added washers and now the arms turn and rotate but DO NOT POP OFF! Without this fix I would have thrown it out!
