(More customer reviews)I purchased this Talking Plush Wall-E as a birthday gift for a 2yr. old. The party/unwrapping was on Thursday afternoon -- the toy ceased to "talk" Saturday morning. Less than 48 hours of functioning!
I called the vendor, who was polite and informative, but was told that there is nothing to do. These toys are made with NON-REPLACEABLE batteries so when it's dead its dead. It's quick and untimely death brought many tears and pleas to "fix".
I will not buy any more of these toys with non-replaceable batteries.
Also, I don't see anywhere on Amazon.com where it told me that it has these non-replaceable batteries.
