(More customer reviews)While mom2three's frustration is understandable, her negative review is not quite fair. This item is definitely intended for adults to put together and display, not for kids to play with. It is made of (though high quality) laminated foam core and plastic joints, both of which would not stand up to prolonged abuse by a kid. The kit's manufacturer has a website with video instructions on how to put these kits together- you will notice how many times they it is pointed out that some of the steps are quite intricate and how to avoid damage.
